First licensed in 1986, Denise decided to create a different kind
of real estate office when she and her husband Mike opened RE/MAX
Results, Inc. REALTORS in 1994.

Eric worked in international sales for 27 years before becoming a
real estate agent and moving to the Gorge area. His sense of humor
brightens the office, and his enthusiasm with clients is inspiring.
Whether he's showing properties, answering questions, doing research
or writing offers, Eric will help you through the buying process,
making sure you're comfortable with your decisions. Eric and
his wife, Lois, live in Snowden with Spud, their (female) bulldog,
who
is an active and much-loved member of the Shetterly family.
Besides being responsible, bright, thorough, and generally a
nice person, Eric keeps us on our toes with his penchant for
the proper
use of the English language. I have never met anyone who uses
the word loquacious or one who ponders over how to properly
spell insure.
Is it with an e or an i? His seriousness of the subject of
proper language is balanced with the twinkle in his eye and
sly grin.
After all, anyone who has a bulldog named Spudellia has to
be a gem of
a guy.

Susan is a proud Oregon native and a Gorge resident since 1992. For over two decades, Susan has enjoyed the hard work and the immense satisfaction of building, remodeling and selling homes. She has close ties in the local building industry. Designing, building and decorating houses is an interesting challenge from the blueprints to the final touches and every detail in between.
Susan’s professional experience includes over two decades in sales and marketing, customer service, accounting, inventory control and warehouse management. Her professional experiences and her ability to creatively think through a situation is extremely vital in navigating the complex processes in today’s real estate market. As her fellow agents know, Susan is committed to service and reliability with timeliness and enthusiasm.
Cultivating long-term professional relationships that can be enjoyed for many years is important to Susan. Client relationships, much like real estate, are long-term investments, not just a single purchase and sell experience.
Susan enjoys coordinating and attending local music events and fund-raisers as well as volunteering time at her children’s school and the Rowena Wild Life Clinic. For leisure, Susan enjoys gardening, cooking, daily dog hikes and most of all spending time with her children Mason and Marlie and her husband Paul.
